Few notes from this visit:
We started our weekend day-trip late and this was a mistake !
There was a long traffic jam waiting to enter the park.

After that there was a VERY long and slow progressing drive on the road leading to Paradise area.
We decided not to even drive up and we managed to get one of the last parking spots on the Paradise Picnic Area road.
We walked 20 minutes up to the lower parking lot and started our hike from there.
Also in the afternoon when we finished the hike the upper parking lot was full.
The hike was crowded during the weekend but the views were amazing !
This is a long climb up but you can do it with a lot of brakes and resting stops.
During July there were many flowers.
There were still some snow patches in the higher hike elevation but no major challenge to cross them.
We did the long loop trail and together with the walk up and down to our car it was about 8.5 miles long with 2,500 ft of elevation gain.
We saw a small herd of Mountain Goats crossing the trail near its highest section. I saw Mountain Goats at the exact same location a year back.
This is a great hike, it provides amazing panoramic views of all surrounding mountain peaks and valleys.
Along the drive we made short stops near a few waterfalls taking some pictures.
We also stopped at view points and also at Reflection Lake but it was windy during the afternoon and there was no reflection.
Late in the evening when driving back to Seattle the mountain was illuminated by the red-orange-yellow sunset light.
What a fun day in nature.
