Introduction:
Where? : The parking lot is located on side of Black road, a small sideroad off of hwy 35.
What? : Fan (not a lot of climbing 😊) tree covered trail that will lead you to Lake Ranch Reservoir; Very popular for bike riders.
When? : year round visit
The visit:
The wide forest road slowly climb to Lake Ranch Reservoir. The lake is interesting place where you can see that the lake has 2 dams in both sides. This lake location is right over San Andrea’s fault… the lake has trail only on one side.
